Florida, Oddly Enough

Fungi Hill is amazing right now. Sandy and I see it every walk, and it has exploded the 

past few days, due to rain from TS Fred.  

The Ferns along the Sabal Palms are beautiful.

This is the palm, Sabal that smells of roses and eucalyptus.

Take a look at the ginormous dark red banana flower hanging from the end of the stalk.

This is a flower I'd like to plant in our garden.

Longer shot of the pretty flower. These people have nice plantings and I like to walk Sandy past their house to look at them.

Trees don't stand a chance with the other plant life that sets up house upon them.

Here is a short video of the creek with birdsong this morning. Walking Sandy this morning, I appreciated the beauty of this place and the sounds of nature. Hoping you have peace coming your way this week. Appreciation and peace.
