Contributor Bios

Members of the Consortium:

Sunday Contributor  I'm Dorothy Dolores, the Sunday contributor. Currently residing in Southwest Florida where I teach elementary grades and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Gulf Coast. Originally from  the fragrant foothills of SC, I've spent years in St. Louis, MO and in Columbus, OH.  I've not considered myself a writer, but I hope to learn more about it while having fun with this project. Thanks, Garbo, for inviting me!

I hope, you, too, find some enjoyment on these pages.

Monday Contributor  Greg Erickson (who posts as whiteray, a name he earned playing in a band years ago) is a Minnesota writer and musician, now retired but still causing trouble.

Tuesday Contributor  Garbo has written for newspapers and magazines since 1974. She's the author of novels including Rusty: How Me and Her Went to Colorado and Everything, Except Not Really, which can be found right here.

Wednesday Contributor  Nan (aka Saga) writes plays, nonfiction (creative and otherwise), poetry sometimes and has parts of a novel in a file somewhere.

Thursday Contributor  Joseph Finn writes for C7 on Thursdays. He lives in Oak Park.

Friday Contributor  Mike is a widowed father of two now adult sons, and has lived in Eastern Pennsylvania most of his life. A lab director for a consulting engineering firm, he wandered into this line of business over thirty years ago, and is nervously eyeing a less than ten year path to retirement, all while trying to regain his health. He’s written (non-technical pieces) solely for the sake of focus, communication and pre-social media socializing, not professionally. Going back over several decades, from blogging, to correspondences and zines, the latter including being part of Amateur Publishing Associations. A near life-long comic book fan, he’s lived to see some version of his four-color affection move into the mainstream. As with so many of us, he’s been so bound for so long by obligations that he hopes to discover what he really wants to fill his days with while there’s still time.

Saturday Contributor  Esther Green writes: "From the frequently dark but always silver Aberdeen in Scotland. Likes cats, music, books, birds, beer, art & complaining but the order varies. Teaches for cash. There's not much time for anything else.
